I booked a room with a lovely bed, a safe box, a mini-bar and a sofa bed. It was in a marvellous location really close to Plaza de Mariana Pineda. The area was walkable really close to taxis and buses right outside, bars, restaurants and shopping, walking distance to train station and Alhambra and restaurants and shopping.

modern and centrally located hotel, with exceptionally friendly staff ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. My daughter is allergic and at breakfast we were given all the aids and possibilities so that she could eat without the danger of cross contamination. room (for three people) was spacious and bathroom spacious. beds are spacious and comfortable. We were in an interior room, as it was an upper floor, sunlight came in. As a detail, bathroom is a Japanese model, with jets.

Breakfast is served in the hotel cafeteria, as there is no restaurant, space is too small. If there is high occupation, you have to try to get down early to have room, besides the area where the food is located collapses because of the people. breakfast itself is of good quality, scarce in offer. parking lot is not communicated with the hotel, forces either to load the suitcases from this one or to have to leave the car in a street without zone of parking to be able to unload the luggage.

The location (when you manage to get there) is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable. The room we were assigned was adapted for people with mobility difficulties and although it was not our case it is very positive that they have this option. Details for the clientele in the reception area: water with citrus and fruit.

In the own web of the hotel the information of "how to arrive" leaves you in the lateral street. Calling the hotel directly to facilitate access "does not help". They tell you that the car park, is public and for which hotel clients are not guaranteed a space, is at "Acera del Darro nº 40", they do not know how to give you precise directions. That the hotel does not have any external element that identifies it as such. Only the name on the door, for which you must be in front. room we were assigned was adapted for people with mobility difficulties (although this was not our case) and organization of the shower accessible next to the toilet is not well solved: the water wets the rolls of toilet paper and half a bathroom; washbasin towels placed next to the toilet; hairdryer on the countertop of the sink (of course, there can be no shelves under the sink or towel rack in front to provide unobstructed access to wheelchairs but the alternative solutions... have not been thought of). Our rate did not include breakfast, 9 Euro cost to do so at the hotel was excessive. The wait at the reception for the departure. The reception staff, except for one boy, did not solve the incidents that arose in your stay. It seemed that they resented your commenting that something was not working, as if the problem was not for the client and they even questioned you. This is really annoying for a client, already uncomfortable because of the breakdown, and they even transmit laziness to you. Especially one of the employees was inefficient and unpleasant. She didn't care that something was not working for you or was not working properly. She told us that she had to locate someone and that it wasn't easy, because she was keeping her feet on the ground. Y???? That's our problem. Thanks to the guy who did attend with a good attitude and was clear about who the client was. . Another inconvenience we had during our stay related to our room, the wifi kept falling out.

Room was very nosiy and we were charged more than three time the price for staying Saturday night from the price for staying on Friday. Thiis is outrageous and will be reported if no refund is given.

I stayed in this stylish hotel for 4 days and had a comfortable experience. I appreciated its fantastic location just off the El Corte Ingles and Juan Miguel.- My double room was extremely spacious and updated with a comfortable bed.- An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen television were perfect.- The service was good, and I was totally satisfied.

My experiences were from bad to worse: - the elevator is 5-6 steps from the ground without the trail to drag the luggage - the room furnitures were old and I found a piece finger nail on the bed sheet - the walls were super thin. I could hear people talking in the hall and the noise of hair dyer/ toilet flush from the next room
